RVS is the man. When you want to get something done, you want it done right away. It helps out dramatically to get an mp3 immediately after shooting Rich some copy. It’s not just quick turnaround either. It’s about getting things right and Rich is more than happy to recut a promo or bit. Plus, he’s creative. He’s not a robot that just reads copy. Rich VanSlyke is the best all around voice guy I’ve ever used in 27 years. I say the best “all around” because he delivers a quality voice to the station, followed by several variations to offer different inflections (he always has the one that nails just what I imagined when I wrote the liner)
Plus he’ll throw in something extra he feels I might be able to use. Oh and there’s the whole lightning fast turnaround thing too. I put Classic Hits Q 92-3 on the air 5 years ago. Rich is the first and only voice guy we’ve ever had and there are no plans to change. I recommend Rich for any voice work you need. |
